However, I bought it through the website, not from the email link. Now I keep getting notices that my subscription will end bc I have not renewed it! How can a software company not keep their communications and purchases up to date with each other?

As a marginal computer literate person, Microsoft office is intuitive and easy to operate. And if I have any questions, the geek squad is there to back me up and solve any computer problem I may have.
