I purchased this plan with a new going PC. I enjoy the ability to get the free apps for your phone that sync with the program on your pc. Got it at a cheaper bundled rate

I had a struggle with it. I recommend this product but a professional should install it.

Completely different from my last Word. Good tutorial. However, when I purchased the new computer and subscribed to the Microsoft package, I had a deadline to produce a document and didn't have time to go through the tutorial. Very frustrating!??

I was about to get this on discount with purchase of my new laptop. It works very very well with MS 11. I’m glad I did not hold off on buying it.

This is the first time I have used Microsoft Office in digital format and I have the stack of CDs from older versions of Office to prove it! Lol. Best Buy offered this as an extended subscription - 15 months for the price of 12 - when I recently purchased a new laptop. I appreciated the convenience of being able to automatically download the software and to look ahead without much worry when new versions of Office are released. As long as I maintain the subscription, everything is taken care of and the cost over time favors the annual digital format over buying a new CD each and every time.

Best-Buy has helped me get the product I need, without choosing one that is hard to use. Spread sheet, Word, and formatting are used several times each week!

I got this as a trial with my computer purchase. It’s a great package deal for sure. I use it daily at home and work. I had zero issues downloading it to my computer, it was very easy!

This Subscription based Microsoft 365 is just right for my purposes. It isn't too terribly costly to use the office products. We needed it for doing basic wordprocessing and financial management, along with email management with Outlook. If you've used Office products before, you won't be a stranger to this.

This time around it was great, but the first time we tried installing the software, it failed. Customer Service wanted to charge us over the phone to fix it after purchasing the software, so we had to go into the store, and after 3 different people trying to fix it, one girl did, and after that there were no other problems.
