Love the 365, easy to use and all office functions available.

Im a first time user of this product. There is a lot to learn, however, it seems pretty easy to navigate. Some instructions are needed for excel but once I learned, I was OK. Am not happy with the annual renewal.

I think it’s sinful that Microsoft word has made the before one time purchase of Microsoft suite a yearly subscription . Boo hoo to you Microsoft . There are so many other ways to benefit from your products. This is shamefully not one of them. Not only are consumers paying for a yearly subscription for the same product, it also advertises your product manipulation and monopoly! Can the consumers be treated better ? I admit Microsoft is a great product but it is such a selfish and unnecessary way to rip people off yearly. At least you could make an every two year subscription!!!

I had an incident which totally destroyed my laptop. I too it to the Geek Squad and within days, they had notified me that since my laptop was covered and my purchase price would be reimbursed.

My husband uses this for his business. . . . it works!

Happy to have this on my computer and have learned quickly how to use it!

This s a bit confusing abot if it’s good for just one device or for more. But once it’s installed n both of my computers, i found it’s installed in both computers.

I have been using Office for many years but it was and old version. I was a little concerned with having to relearn the new version but it has not been a problem.

Love my 365 ~ I use this all the time for work. It's awesome.

So far I like everything but Outlook, and I've decided not to use it, instead I'm usingthe App where my email comes into directly.
