I don't know why the new one will not download on my new computer. It keeps saying I already have it. I found it on my new pc but I can't open any of the components. I also don't know how to shut off the old so I can add the new. VEry frusterating.

I cannot imagine functioning without Excel, Word and PowerPoint. However, I don't like the idea of a "subscription." I would prefer to buy it and own it. Sometimes I may have to use it where's there's no internet. However, with 365, I have to be online frequently to keep my subscription up to date. I don't like this concept. I should be able to own it and later decide if I want to upgrade it, replace it or do neither.
