I was sick for a couple years and didn't open until much later than I received it. I've never opened keyboard or mouse yet.

Using the Best Buy website I was able to make a new purchase, made arrangements for her to pick up in her campus town, they transferred her data and got her set up. Appointments set up, made ties to my computer support. Easy. Thank you Best Buy.
