The online storage, the phone and iPad apps and the continuous updates and bug fixes makes this purchase worth it for me. I prefer buying software straight out but I prefer the subscription model for office.

W, X, P and now Copilot should be of the OS, In my previous machine I purchased once and was then updated... MS is using us as cashcow...
