I like the idea of always being current, though. Microsoft is a superior productivity package, and I like the entire suite of apps.

link for software setup did not work

The link I received from Best Buy did not work. Between trying to work through your online system and finally calling, getting cut off and having to call back, the waiting time for each call, and having to have someone call me back who was ultimately able to get another network key to set me up, the process took more than 6 hours. We also reached out to Microsoft but they never got back to us. Best Buy employees were great at helping us, but if we had been given the right network key to begin with, we never would have had the problem. Online setup procedure needs fixing!
