I have yet to open it to this day, so don't try to renew it for me. Thank you.

I will need to go to the Geek Squad though, because some items are not backing up to the cloud. I repeatedly get a message that there is a problem with one file because there is a problem with another file (31 times so far), but I have no idea which files have the root problem.

Excel glitches at the worst possible times. It works fine one minute, then freezes up and won’t recognize the arrow keys. Then it will suddenly begin working again. It’s only the Excel app and I’m using a brand new Lenovo laptop. It’s happening entirely too often.

However finding it a little awkward on how you need to access all the contents. Thought once uploaded it would put the Word, Excel etc icons on desktop but didn’t. Otherwise the individual applications are great.
