So, in reality, I didn't need to make this MS365 purchase. Now, I'm wondering if they're going to stop working after 12 months. Feels like a rip-off. Ultimately, I hope to use the entire suite, but I doubt it.

Following the details on the receipt was not successful, so I had to return to the store and visit with Geek Squad for assistance.
