Since MS Office is going the way of the "fleece the customer annually" subscription delivery method, it is what it is. We have 3 different versions that we bought over the last few years--none of which is compatible with Windows 10 which is on the new laptop we bought. Grrr.... I would only recommend this to a friend who HAD to have MS Office for work purposes--otherwise I'd say get Openoffice or Neooffice for free.

I have only used Microsoft power point and word for almost all documents and presentations.

Just what my daughter needs for college, just wish I would have known most colleges give it to you for free but I will still get good use of it.

I was told to purchased Microsoft 365 since it wasn't already installed on my new computer. Well once I hooked up my computer I realized that I didn't need Microsoft 365 because I was able to use Google Docs for free. When I tried to return Microsoft 365 back to Best Buy they wouldn't refund me the purchased price because they said they had no way of knowing if I had already downloaded it on my computer. Well if I purchased it from Best Buy & you have to register the software before you download it on the computer, Best Buy should have a way to tell if you registered the software or not by looking up the Product Key. Anyway, I was very disappointed that I had Microsoft 365 which I don't need and I'm out of $59.99 for a yearly subscription. I know you may say just download the software and use it since it's paid for but I don't want to do that I wanted a refund.

we have been satisfied with the service and help from purchasing the Microsoft 365 personal subscription. we've needed help a couple of times getting set up on the new beautiful lap top, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this plan to you if you invest in something important.

I have not had a lot of chances to use this yet, but when I have I have not had any trouble.

Windows office is what I use for all my worK. This program work very welland meets my needs.

Gets the job done, no complaints so far. I would recommend this item to a friend/ co-worker.

Very much worth buying if someone is looking for mutliple device access with cloud memory. Can pick up the content from any registered device without loosing information.

Works, if you need office for word, excel or anything this is cheaper then buying monthly.
