It was very easy to install on my computer and very easy to use Excell and Microsoft Word. Excellent for someone with few computer skills.

Hesitant, but now happy

I wanted it all self-contained on my computer like the old days. But this has worked great. I'm not crazy about the annual subscription, but I haven't assessed the potential benefits. This works great.

Wanted him to be able to have whatever he needed on the laptop.

I use it for my daily tasks as well as creative projects. It is a huge upgrade from what I was using, but the adjustment was easy.
