Excellent product package. Easy to set up and no issues performing all software apps.

I've had, and used this same program for years and it worked fine. However I use Google as my internet, e-mail, and scheduling platform. when. 365 was installed , I had to keep re-choosing Google as my primary. MS Edge and Outlook would not delete or shut off. I had to return to the Geek Squad at the store, and a great Geek Fixed the problem. Still when I tried to link my I phone to my computer MS edge interfered a gain. PURE GREED FROM ms

I replaced my home computer that had MS office apps and it's not transferable so I bought this. Makes work easy and I can actually install into my mobile devise too. Easy to set up and like the auto renew.

It works really good. We did not have any problems in setting it up.

365 is great. It's the purchase that went sour. The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

I’ve always liked Microsoft Office and getting this for my new computer was great. I mostly use Word since I write papers and have done more than 1 book. I have great confidence I can send my manuscripts to a publisher and the format will be easy for them to convert for book printing I also use Outlook for my email anll the time and excel for spreadsheets. I rarely use the other programs, however.

Well, for years I resisted getting Microsoft's 365, but since I got 5 years at half price, I am enjoying it. I have used Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for years and use them almost everyday. The only glitch is that I have to save the receipt with the Key codes for 5 years. Oh well....

I like how staff informed me of the differences before i made a purchase. This plan is great for all needing microsoft office.

Very easy to install and use. I’ve used it just a couple of times and does everything it’s supposed to do.

This is the first time I have had to purchase Microsoft Office with a new computer purchase. I don't like the fact that it does not come already installed. I don't use it often, but need it occasionally so I would use the free online version when needed. I will probably do the same once this version expires.

This is the perfect software suit for writers and household finances. Easy to download and use right out of the gate. Can’t beat the price!

I appreciate this being offered. All 3 I will be calling After the holidays to be sure it’s installed. I signed up again for this product because in 2024 I had to use it for my computer when I hadn’t used it for some time I received support and it worked great and I want to thank the technician for their expertise and patience
