I've used both products in the past and was not unhappy with the service provided. Also took the time to make sure that the products were installed and provided technical assistance where needed.

Why are we FORCED to just RENT Office products?

All I really wanted was WORD and EXCEL (and by the way, EXCEL is still problematic! I have contacted the Microsoft help team a couple times with no luck so far), but it appears that you can now only RENT their products - AND - you must rent the whole package! I do not use the other stuff so I feel that it is a WASTE OF MONEY! Unfortunalety, since Microsoft is a monopoly, I have no other choice since all of my documents are either WORD or EXCEL, so I am stuck over-paying for this software. But now, more painfully, I will have to keep paying over and over again, every year, for the same crappy software.
