I have to say that I'm not happy that I have to pay early I think it should be maybe every 2-5 years for renewing, as I don't need a change early. I would also like to have the military discount back.

Normally I have gotten the version with Publisher with it to for various newsletters that I do. I wasn't happy that this new version did not have it, but the price was right.

It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

I found the automatic back up to the cloud aggravating. Now retired. Smart enough to back any important files on to my own external hard drive. I recommend biting the bullet (initially more expensive) but buying the stand along product.

The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
