This program came with yearly protection plan. i have used it a lot. works good for what i need.

The box clearly read TOUCHSCREEN. Thought the first one was defective...took it back and got another one. This one is the same...no touchscreen - gave up. The laptop itself is ok but still I didn't get what I paid for. And yes, I did contact the geek squad and basically got a "DUH..." Checked the laptop's properties and it reads "No pen or Touch input is available for this display". Tried to contact Toshiba got some crank who told me my laptop was polluted with virus and malware and tried to sell me a $100/yr program to protect it.

Confusing. Changed from FREE to pay for single user and more for multiple, then pay for multiple user at lesser price.

The product itself is fine, but the process was aggravating. I purchased this online at the same time that I purchased a 13.6" MacBook Air M2 online and immediately began receiving a pestering series of emails from Microsoft about downloading and installing their software -- but it was a few weeks before I actually had the computer and Geek Squad had completed migration of data from an older MacBook Air. Then because I had purchased this online I did not have an actual store "Receipt" which was supposed to have an Activation Key for the Microsoft installation. I actually made a Geek Squad in-store reservation for the purpose of simply discovering the Activation Key (which they did for me) and then I was able to accomplish the installation. Microsoft (and Best Buy not providing a "receipt") did not make the process easy or transparent.

Access to office! Nothing better, easy setup, just wish it was a little longer service!
