I did have a short wait before the product was available. I was pleased with the install process which was very easy and fast.

I didn't know about the subscription and thought I'd try it. So far so good, it loaded fine and is working, I'm still not sure if I need to keep paying every year, the guy at Best Buy didn't make that very clear so we'll see next year if it runs out.

So far, there have been no issues. It has promising potential. My only dislike is having to pay for an annual subscription, but that pales compared to the cost of a full up Office 2016 suite.
