My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding to make this purchase. I’m not easily persuaded but I felt confident in the product and his knowledge in guiding me to what I purchased.

It also allowed me to install a copy onto my PC laptop. Haven't had any troubles with it yet.

A part of my daily life is being able to communicate with family. friends, faculty and students. This software package allows me to continue to stay current with these entities. This particular package was purchased early to replace the system that was being deleted by Microsoft on 02/28/25. I was sick much of 2024 and this software program allowed me to communicate and stay in contact with medical professionals and businesses.

Horrible customer services shady billing

I have a receipt and chose not to auto renew. However after 4 failed attempts to fix best buy not only has my subscription to auto renew anyway (without my consent) AND ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE SOFTWARE I PAID FOR IN FULL. THAT AND 4 SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TO FIX. NOBODY HAS HELPED ME. IM LEFT WITHNO CHOICE BUT CONTACT MY BACK REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT MONTHLY CHARGES AND THE INABILITY TO CANCEL AUTO RENEW MYSELF OR WITH ANY BEST BUY EMPLOYEE
