It makes a little noise on startup. Quiet after that. My box included the drive, 4 mounting screws, quick install guide and a warranty/tech support guide.

They were able to recover all my files. I forgot to write down my Microsoft ID and password, so I had to get a new one and start over. They cancelled my other auto renewal for thg he told one. Everything works great now.

Her responsibilities at work have increased with a new promotion and the programs this package offers have met her work needs. This version of Office has been a lot easier to work with than previous versions. Fantastic for office workers and students.

I like that it can be installed on multiple computers at no additional cost. Far superior to prior single system versions. Additionally , it includes Access which is missing in other versions of Office.
