I'm still trying to get acquainted with it because it is really different from my previous computer but it seems to be doing a good job for what I need. It was a great price!!

It's been great so far. This gives full access to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as the other apps in the Office Suite. The 1TB One Drive Storage is also nice.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Found out later that it has no SD card slot and no CR-RON. That was my mistake in not looking closely enough before making my decision.

There is a ton of options at a great price, and easy to use.
