There is a pop up almost like a helpful tool that is just lingering to help you finish what you are looking for or notifying you for something.

It has Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint and Outlook for my e-mail. Transferring from my old desktop to the new one with all my documents worked very well.

The customer help is non existent. There is no way to reach a human for tech support. I brought my laptop to best buy and they said there were several complaints of the same nature. Would not recommend.
