Buying it from Best Buy was very easy. Although the receipt provided both the web address to download from, together with an individual access code, I also received an email from them with the link to download - no code necessary. Despite reading loads of other reviews that mentioned problems downloading or accessing Office 365, everything worked first time for me - no problems at all. Would definitely recommend.
