Microsoft 365 was easy to install. I thought I would need to call Best Buy's Geek Squad to help me, but I was able to do it on my own. It is up and running perfectly.

Bought with computer upgrade since my old versions were no longer supported. With the help received from the Geek Squad the transition to the new software was smooth.

I used this program while I was working. I am so happy to have it at home! The program is easy to use and has all of the features I was looking for. I wish it wasn't a subscription, but that is not a deal breaker for me.

Purchased a 12-month subscription when I bought my new HP ENVY x360 laptop recently. It was easy for my tech guy to install, and everything works fast and efficiently. I use WORD most of the time, and having Copilot included can help make my writing and grammar better.

As an accounting major this software comes in really handy as most of my classes use this and so do many company jobs. I will keep using Microsoft personal it really helps and makes a difference.

Easy to install, I can use this package in 6 devices on my own. 1TB storage space and maximum protection. I received great technical support here in best buy, really fast and professional.

I have had one time purchases of MS Office and also had used 365 in the past. I only needed Word, Excel, and Outlook so this was perfect for that. BUT, I could NOT get Outlook to work while everything else did. I re-installed 365; deleted it then installed it again, made sure Windows was updated; even talked to the Geek Squad before I had to call and set up an appointment with them. A VERY helpful agent was able to remotely fix the issue which dealt with one of my internet/email providers and was not the fault of the program itself!

365 Personal App is just what I needed and wanted. Easy to install and use.

Microsoft 365 is exceptional. I like that it gives you options on what you would like backed up to the cloud. It offers continuous updates that keep your computer safer.

New computer, new printer, new Microsoft 365 Personal subscription (have used only Word so far) - what can go wrong? So far only the 88-year-old operator (me) has made extremely rare minor errors. And so far, the Microsoft 365 Personal program and its supporting equipment have been perfect! (When I was in school there was no such thing as an A+. An A was as high as you could get ... and an A it is for Microsoft!)

I recently purchased Microsoft 365 Personal (1 Person, 12-Month Subscription), and it has completely transformed how I work and organize my tasks. The digital activation was seamless — I was up and running in minutes on my Windows laptop and also installed it easily on my iPhone and iPad. Having access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive across all my devices makes my workflow smooth and efficient. Exactly what I expected - I've been using 365 for years on my work computer, and needed it on my home one. Word, Xcel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Defender, and storage on One Drive - I guess I've been pretty spoiled to consider access to all of them as no big deal. I wish One Drive was not so persistent in trying to sync everything all the time. Includes the usual aggravations of Microsoft - various pet peeves that we live with because we want the industry standard, and that we've found work-arounds for to accomplish what's needed. (such as, do image manipulations in Powerpoint, and then copy/paste them into Word). I got a discount on the price when I purchased my computer, but full price isn't too bad.

I honestly didn’t think buying Microsoft Office would make such a big difference, but it really has. The purchase was simple and fast, and the installation took just a few minutes. Everything worked immediately without any problems, which was a big relief. What surprised me the most is how much smoother my daily work feels now. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint open instantly, and the programs run without lag — even when I’m multitasking. The layout is clean and familiar, so I didn’t need time to learn anything new. Creating documents is easier, my spreadsheets stay organized, and my presentations look much more professional. It feels like a tool that actually helps me stay productive instead of slowing me down. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I definitely would. Totally worth it and highly recommended.
