My Best Buy account was showing I had already purchased Office 365 for another year until 2022. I had called Geek Squad and was working with them for about 8 hours over 2 days trying to see why I kept receiving the notification that my subscription had expired. There was a Best Buy system glitch that showed the subscription was ok; it was not. I purchased the Office 365 outright and it seems to be working now.
