Microsoft 365 has worked very well for me. I had a very old version of Microsoft Word so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to open my old documents with 365 but I can. Just with 365 it's formatted a little bit different, but I think it's definitely better than my old version of Word.

Love this program! It enables me to do so much! I especially love working with Excel.

I kept receiving formatted documents using Microsoft office. They were hard to open and read. So, finally decided I need this product to open them. I went online to purchase then downloaded and installed. The process was easy and straightforward.

Keeps popping up after installation for a renewal date of October 2025, installed a one-year plan in August of 2025, very strange.

I wish that I didn't have to buy this annually, but I guess Microsoft business practice forces us to do so. The other version would not include publisher or outlook together and I guess if you buy those seperately, it would costs hundreds of dollars more. Anyways, if you have a Total Tech membership you can get a discount and if you but this you can get Norton 360 platinum for $20 which prooves a good deal for me.

Programs are "different" from older versions. Not being tech savvy there is a learning curve for me.

Microsoft 365 has been very convenient. I am very happy that I purchased this product because I needed to obtain a license for Excel word PowerPoint, etc. I am also happy with the customer service that I received at the Best Buy in East Brunswick New Jersey.

Ahh Microsoft. Your office products have become so complicated. Between 365, personal, and business editions, it's difficult to know what is really needed when it's all the same exact thing for various prices. Product itself is great. Who can live wothout Excel and Word these days? I know I can't.

Very useful for business and personal use. Cant go wrong.
