Very good product I am lucky to have it I recommend it

I recently switched to MacBook from WINDOWS PC. Have a lot of experience with Office on that platform. So far have found no problems with Mac version. Switch was seamless.

Easy to install and use. Seamless with no problems so far. Very happy with my purchase.

Software is easy to down load and use on multiple devices. It runs on both windows and android based systems and allows you to access your documents on any device you are using.

I've purchased this for a MacBook. Downloading and installing was fast and easy. I was expecting a little bit more from outlook, but in general it's really good for that price.

I can't give a positive review because I don't know how to use it. I don't know if it works on both of our computers or not.

I purchased the MS 365 personal subscription copy for a brand new MacBook Air m1 that I purchased on the same day with Best Buy, under the impression that I'd be given 3 months of bonus subscription (a total of 15 months) with the price of 12-months given my purchase of a new device. However, it ended up that I wasn't granted the 3 months bonus subscription due to the problem that my laptop and MS 365 weren't placed on the same order (i.e., separate transactions). What happened was that I called Best Buy on a Friday afternoon for the the MacBook Air and placed my laptop order over the phone, after learning the fact the store where I wanted to pick up the laptop had one last machine left in the color I wanted. A few hours later, when I went pick up the laptop after work, I made the purchase of the MS 365 personal subscription copy so that I'd be able to us MS office on my new machine. I thought the store adjusted my transactions and granted me the 15-months of subscription for the price of 12-months, but that was where the problem started. After I installed the software on my new machine, I logged onto Best Buy and saw my subscription was only good for 12 months. I made MANY phone calls to the customer service, only to be looped in the system and speaking with different agents. Although the 5+ agents I spoke with all wanted to help me, none of them were able to due to the Best Buy policy that the bonus 3-months was contingent on purchasing the device and software as a bundle (i.e., in one transaction). There was no way to adjust for this, and I was very disappointed. Should I known the subscription was only good for 12 months, I'd definitely opt for other sellers than BestBuy for better pricing. Although I could understand the logic of the policy so that people don't try to take advantage of it for a prior device purchase, it was not well described online nor to me at the time when I placed order for the MacBook Air (i.e., nowhere in the descriptions of the offer mentioned it has to be placed on the same transaction; otherwise, even if the device is purchased on the same day, it will be considered as a "prior purchase" instead of "a new device purchase"). I'm thankful for all the agents I spoke with when I called the customer service because they genuinely wanted to help me, but I'm very disappointed by the unclear policy and wanted to make this known to other consumers who might be thinking of purchasing a device & MS Office subscription with Best Buy. For people who are interested in getting the bonus 3-months offer, please ensure to make your device and subscription purchase in one transaction as a bundle so you'll get the bonus months as expected.

The Microsoft Office Suite has been updated and tweaked and works great with Windows 10. I use Word a lot and it's newest capabilities make it so much easier to work with.

It is wonderful to find everything I need within this option is very easy to use.

Good only reliable word and excel. I use word and excel for day to day tracking, helping kids in school with anything they need, creating to do lists, managing money spending costs, etc. This was installed easily at time of laptop purchase and did the annual where I get all the upgrades. In the constant changing technology world sometimes old reliable meets the need the best!

Very easy to download and setup. I originally thought I didn’t need to have Microsoft 365 as I retired. Can’t do without it and subscribed again!

I like the fact that I have subscription, getting the latest upgrades and not having to fork out a lot of money at one time and then it's outdated. I have Microsoft Office at work and it works seamlessly.

The price was right, but I miss the days where I could purchase Microsoft products, as opposed to renting them essentially.

Have Microsoft "Starter" but could not use it when working on shared files. Time to grow up and be a professional. Easy to use, increased my productivity

If you are buying a new computer this is a must have. Really easy to activate.
