I got a new laptop, and while I could have installed an older version of Office I already had, I wanted the newest version. THE GOOD: The program itself works GREAT, and I really do love it. THE BAD: My problem with the program itself is that I can't get the dictionary to work with the thesaurus like it used to. The dictionary app is there, but most of the time, it "can't connect to the MS store" or it's just blank where the definition used to be. Also, a couple of the add-ins I used to have don't work with 365. THE UGLY: OneDrive. I'm having trouble finding my documents on OneDrive. Folders that had documents in them before are now empty. When you lose documents, it's definitely not good. I've tried saving to "this pc" instead of OneDrive, but it's not working out well about half the time. Sometimes the only way I can get it to save to OneDrive is if I select "save as" "this pc." I just don't understand. I have to look in both places all the time for the latest version of the file, and sometimes it's not in either place. CONCLUSION: OneDrive makes me feel very stupid! IF I can find the latest versions of all my files and back them up, I'm ready to uninstall 365, cancel my auto renew, and install the old version of Office onto this laptop so I don't have to deal with OneDrive anymore. Having the newest version of Office just might not be worth it.

The product is great but I need some help in getting the most out of it. Stores seem to think everyone knows how to do all this tech stuff. I am 82 and not tech savy so I have lots of good things in here but don'know how to use it. How about some classes? There must be others like me!

Although there are better products Microsoft Office products have made themselves the working office standard. Buying Microsoft 365 is the easiest and most cost-effective way to have these products, and to keep them up to date. I use a MacBook but having Microsoft 365 makes communicating and working with our PCs in the office seamless. I am glad I have Microsoft 365.

I like the fact that I have subscription, getting the latest upgrades and not having to fork out a lot of money at one time and then it's outdated. I have Microsoft Office at work and it works seamlessly.

I have been using Office 365 for many years. This purchase beings me up to 2025 standards. I bought the standard subscription for a 3-year term but I am being harassed by the Microsoft system to buy a business subscription. I need your customer service to correct this.

Excellent products. Technical assistance in set up was outstanding and completed without any problem. The programs work perfectly as needed for all applications.

I have not yet used this much but when I did I was overwhelmed with how much easier it made writing and being able to edit and make more concise my communication. I have not been writing but when I finally do and learn all the functions I already know it will make organizing thoughts better. I need to learn how to use it so I can quit avoiding typing and writing.

The subscription card works wonderfully. I haven't missed a beat working on my digital documents. One caution: set aside fifteen to twenty minutes to call Microsoft's Tech Support to make sure all is properly downloaded. But once it is, it works like a charm! I need MS Office as I do excel and word docs. I got a pretty good price. I am still exploring the option to install on other laptops since I get 5 possible uploads. I am not sure about paying annually for the software.
