Easy to set up on my Apple products, great to have across multiple devices, and great to be able to pick up where I left on a document on one device and continue editing on another device.

I like the program, but I'm not happy with having to pay a subscription for what used to come on all computers anyway. If it didn't come preloaded on the computer, then you used to be able to buy the programs you wanted and have said program for the life of your computer. Now, I'm forced to get them all and pay for it all the time. The program itself is great. It's having to do a subscription service that annoys me to no end.

love this product and how easy it is to install. I am not a huge fan of the products provided on Mac so it is important to me to have the best of both worlds.

Office for Mac is a must-have for a new computer, and the fact that this came free with the laptop purchase was excellent. Programs work well, even on a Mac

The product is easy to use. 365 recognized my old documents that I've used for 10+ years. Would prefer a one time purchase rather than annual subscription.

In today's day and age, having the Microsoft 365 Personal yearly subscription is a must! I use all of their programs on a daily basis!

This is a great option for someone like after graduation. So far, I have been using Microsoft 365 at work and have zero complaints. I am able to use all the software apps and get my work done quicker. This is the best decision and the service at Best Buy has always been above expectations. Best Buy offers to assist you with installation and show you step by step instructions on how to install. It’s very simple, quick and easy. I don’t have to go else where for the products. I have been disappointed at Best Buy. All the representatives/sales associates go above and beyond for their customers. Excellent and friend customer service as always. Our family home appliances, laptops, phones and home tv products are all from Best Buy.

Plus, every new upgrade is included so you’ll always have the most up-to-date applications.

Microsoft software is a requirement for any computer. Do not really have a choice of not getting. Do not feel it should be a subscription. It should be standard software not an option or a one time fee.

If you're familiar with MS Office, Office 365 feels more streamlined and with free upgrades, do not have to purchase new Office to keep the newest version.

Download was simple. No problems yet! Old school, so I prefer to have a CD. One-year subscription seems to be just another way to keep you spending money!
