I was able to do it myself which is a big deal. I mostly use word and excel and working on mastering outlook with calendar and contacts. It's been tough during the pandemic. But the product is excellent and easy to install on your computer and get right into the programs. Thank you.

They marketed this over many years, but I would prefer a stand-alone product rather than an annual subscription, so I believe it to be an underhanded way of making you pay FOREVER. The products are better than others available and continue to improve (or change) over time. I will continue to use them because of the limited number of alternatives.

I have had an HP for the last 20 Years or so, but this time we purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop and so far, we love it. It is fast and full of extras.

In addition, the local Geek Squad at Best Buy will not let you leave until they are sure that all programs are working properly and you are happy.

This version allows me to have the apps on my phone, too. The Best Buy price (at least as a member) saved me money over just renewing through Microsoft. No complaints here!
