I run a small business from home - I don't think I could do it without Microsoft Office. I buy the annual account so I always have the latest greatest versions and all the updates. It's cost efficient and always up to date.

Who doesn’t love Microsoft!? Amazing price and amazing staff

I have had 3 Toshiba laptops and was always happy with them. Just bought the new 15.6 satellite radius 2 in 1. The first one had 8.1 and I did the windows 10 upgrade and lost the mouse. Unfortunately Toshiba's drivers were not compatible with Windows 10 yet. I had the Geek Squad down grade it back to 8.1. When I went back they told me the driver was now available and I could have it upgraded back to. WINDOWS 10. Went to pick it up and same problem no mouse and it took way to long to start up. The tech realized it was a lemon and I was very frustrated. I had only bought it a month ago and with all the issues had not much of a chance to use it. He spoke to the manager and got us a more updated one already equipped with Windows 10. Took it home and I am very happy with it. I want to thank Anthony at the Salem N. H. BEST BUY. He went above and beyond to address our issue and. get us a new updated laptop even though our exchange period had expired on the other one. He made sure the laptop was up and running perfectly for us. I am really enjoying this laptop. It is fast, amazing stereo sound and beautiful screen color quality. It is the Toshiba Satellite Radius 2 in 1 P55W C5204. Amazing and elegant design. Sometimes you get a lemon but I really appreciate that Anthony made sure we were given a new upgraded version of the laptop without me having to ask. The Toshiba is a very versatile laptop that can be used in 5 position modes including tablet mode. I would recommend this laptop. I have always been a Toshiba fan. I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. The Geek Squad coverage plan is well worth the price. They are great in person and over the phone for tech support.

Used this system at work and now I’m able to use it as I work from home. It’s very simple and easy to use.

I love Microsoft 365 - offers a lot of features for users to use cloud storage and use especially now with many employees doing work from home and office. The familiarity of normal programs aside (Word, PPT etc.) it allows you to be efficient in any work you need to do. I wish the renewal was a little longer but since this is the only option went with it.

Great for my Dell laptop really easy to install and navigate.

I have used this product many times before, but this purchase was for my grandson who is away at college. Download was easy and he had no issues. Runs well on his MacBook Pro.

when I purchased Office 365 I had my doubts only because I would have to depend on the cloud for everything. After I purchased it I saw how easy it is to use and install. I enjoy it and the idea that it continues to update is wonderful. Buying the old way limited one tremendously.

I like this product for its Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents mostly. It's convenient and useful when doing your taxes, writing letters or just saving info on Word. They're easy to update, change, store, delete and share.

I received this at 50% cost be adding a membership to best buy for the year. I wish ms365 came loaded for the 1st year free.

I love the product it is for my graduate studies and I have not run into any problems using it so far. I also like the duration that it lasts for 15 months and it is affordable.

Microsoft 365 was easy to install and works great! I do wish we could go back to buying the license that was good for the life of the product it was installed on.

Microsoft 365 fits our needs to a T for all we do at home.

I really made a great choice with Microsoft 365. It is quite fast especially in comparison to the Office 2010 that I was using. I like the extra cloud space and being able to load it on all of my devices.

It’s Microsoft Office. I purchased the M365 bundle with a laptop and received 15 months for the price of 12. Nothing unusual or bad to write about. Personally, i tend to prefer the M365 version of Office over the “one time purchase” version. You are always running the lastest version of the apps and receive better support imo. I’ve had issues in the past with whatever Office version i was running eventually becomimg outdated/unsupported and then has difficulty converting new file versions of Excel/Word/PPT. Bit of a racket, but is what it is. I was just happy to get a few months free.
