Microsoft 365 was easy to install it and it is a great tool to have on the laptop

I need this in my work. It does the job just like the older versions but with a few more bells and whistles.

For what it is I think Microsoft 365 is a great product. The programs are easy to use and learn and I just couldn't survive college without word. However, I wish that one could chose which programs one could have. I don't really need many of the programs on here (mostly use only word and power point) and it would have been nice to just get the programs I use and not spend all the money for the other programs.

I was hesitant to buy the new version of office 365 personal. But I’m glad I did. I’ve been able to create documents with ease. I also created flyers for an event I was having at work. I love how there are sample documents already created. All I had to do was fill in my information and make a few adjustments. Saved a ton of time not having to design one myself. Glad I made the investment.

Simple to use, download and access! Also gives the option to add on admiral months at a reduced rate, I passed on that but good to know for future purchases. The programs are so necessary and functional to use.

This software was very easy to install on our new laptop and even grabbed our files from our one drive that we had making the transition seamless. It was delivered to our email before we even got the laptop which was so nice to have it ready to install. Great value and delivery.

Don't like the subscription concept. But understand the why.

Great product, seamless and very productive. Always purchase which makes my life easier for work or personal. Especially word and excell. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs to work with two devices whether is a tablet and Laptop.

I use publisher a lot and love this version. Used to hate word, but this version is quite usable

Microsoft 365 Personal has many features and Best Buy offers total tech support availability to help when you can’t resolve a problem. I am tech challenged. This is an easy product to use.

Microsoft office products are the easiest to use. Some small issues initially getting Outlook to sync properly but those were resolved when I updated. My only real issue is I don't like having to do subscriptions.

Since I used older versions of Microsoft Office, most of my documents transferred with out problems. The the set up and editing tools are so much easier to use. Exel and power power point also look more convenient to use with more options for graphics. I look forward to getting to use it more as I learn more about my new computer.

With the 360 I’ve been able to transfer stuff from my phone to my computer and Repair video that I thought I lost a track

I'm happy with Windows 10. Easy to learn to minor differences from Windows 7. I'm happy to have the group of programs: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint all together. I like being able to access the cloud and share my files with writing partners.
