Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote work great on my HP Spectre. Love the OneDrive storage provided with subscription. Works well with my iPhone except for Outlook calendar and contacts. You will find many posts online about issues between Outlook and iPhone, and there aren't good, clear support answers to make them work together. Geek Squad to take over my Spectre for a couple of hours to even get initially set up with my iPhone. Also, having to go out and buy an app to manually load my contacts from my iPhone isn't an acceptable answer. Having to do everything in iCalendar is not a good answer either.

I use Office 365 at work, so it made sense to purchase this item for home use. During this pandemic, I had to work from home and wanted to make sure that there weren't any compatibility issues opening, editing and saving files.

This time around it was great, but the first time we tried installing the software, it failed. Customer Service wanted to charge us over the phone to fix it after purchasing the software, so we had to go into the store, and after 3 different people trying to fix it, one girl did, and after that there were no other problems.

Microsoft 365 keeps improving with its new features. I enjoy writing and 365 is a must have for me. I have 365 installed on all my devices so it is accessible all the time, especially on my smartphone. Great product.

Have used and enjoy the MS 365 programs. Use it for the preparation of a news letter.

I was not given any instructions on how to use this. Since I previously used Libra Office. I can't find styles and formats I am use to.

The computer I purchased is working fine. Everything I buy from Best Buy is of good quality and affordable.

Great product. I have been using it for years on end. Installing the updated version was a breeze. Best Buy emailed me the instructions and I had no issues. It a welcome surprise to be able to be tech savvy.

Microsoft does everything right! Nothing different here. So many features and options. Many of them i love, and many more id probably love just as much if i just knew wth i was doing lol

It will definitely make sure my publishing work with my graphic designer, much easier.
