    Made purchase because it was the only way certain e-mails I needed to open were sent. So I am still seeing what I can do but I am happy with the program. Just don't understand why after making this purchase I need to renew it yearly

    Works perfectly. Works as described. Easy to activate. I just hope it's easier to turn off auto-renew option so customers doesn't need to put a card on file and call the number to deactivate autorenewal.

    I bought this on line and downloaded on line all work and installed easily. I really only need Microsoft word, disappointed that I have to buy the whole shot , EVERY YEAR! I don’t like that part!
