Easy to load to computer and get started using right away!

Microsoft 365 is a good product. Works well and good to have for computer to work

I have used Microsoft the most as my word, excel and power point uses. It's what I know and I find it easy to use.

Installation was a little tricky but we finally got 365 up and running on an HP stream. This is great way for my kid to learn to use Office without having to spent lots on software. Seems to have all the functionality of standard versions. Great Idea!

I got this for an online course, but didn't end up needing it. I still use it for grocery lists etc. So still helpful!

Bought this Microsoft - 365 Personal (1 Person) (12-Month Subscription) at Best Buy. BB Team helped to activate this Microsoft 365 subscription. Its better to buy at Best buy than directly purchasing it from Microsoft.

So far, the product is smooth and works well. Still under the trial and will determine whether to do a stand alone or subscribe. I use a different cloud service and works fine with the Microsoft Office. Will be trying the apps on other tablet devices.

Subscription based software is much better than purchasing outright, as you get the updates and the software functions much easier and cleaner.

The programs other than outlook are fine because they haven't changed much. Outlook is awful. I had been using Outlook 2013 but upgraded. 365 will not sync my Contacts in Classic mode but will in modern mode. 365 only has an on line archive so I can't archive to an outside drive forcing me to use classic for archiving. Outlook classic will sync my calendar with my phone, but 365 will not. The result is I hobble along using both classic and modern for different functions with little confidence in the result. I should have take the advice of the BB tech and just used google. The problem is I have a large archive file that I need to access.

I had a yearly subscription on my iTunes account I’m happy I didn’t renew it for $78 even tho I really needed it. Best Buy gave a discount with the purchase of my pc and it was worth it

I really like this 365 personal. Mainly because it was included in my surface purchase.
