I bought an open book @ excellent condition. It turns out there was problem charging computer after 1 week. Cable to adapter connected to computer for charging was no good. Had to go to Apple to replace it with manufactures warranty because Best Buy didn’t. Very dissatisfied with that!

I have a lot of office work to do and needed Office products installed on the laptop. Installation was simple and didn't take much time. I'll put this on the iPad as well.

Just HATE that from here on out will have to renew 'subsciption' on an annual basis. Doesn't seem to be any way around that. Bill Gates has to earn a living after all... at least he's a huge philanthropist.

I used this on a daily basis both on my computer and phone and have no issues. Best Buy offers the best price around.
