The digital program was really easy to install and the Best Buy rep who sold it to us was very helpful.

Product was easy to put new access code in. Sometimes it wants me to activate so im not sure what that is but other than that it is good.

It's a good product. I don't like the price and the fact that you HAVE to have it to do anything but it's a good value for what it is I guess.

After buying a new laptop the Geek Squad was suppose to install Microsoft 365 Family NOT the Personal version, and did NOT install correctly. I ended up spending 2hrs on the phone with 10 different "specialists" who said it was fixed, and was NOT. They also lied about ending the remote control of my computer. So I spent another 2 days in the store trying to get the problem fixed. Finally on the 2nd day after another 2hrs they finally installed the correct Microsoft 365 Family version. Very frustrated and disappointed in there service especially after the amount of money I spent buying the new laptop to begin with.

Served its purpose, and can now use microsoft systems.

My uses the 365 to support her in email access to her school and work. She please with the product. Con: one year subscription isn't enough, it should be two yrs for the price.

This is the first time that I have had experience with a subscription for my Microsoft office programs, but everything seems to be fine with this. I guess the problem will be next year when it expires.

Office 365 is the latest Microsoft package you can buy to run with windows. Just so you know I think 365 means you have to renew your subscription every 365 days for it to work.

I use office on my computer at work. So it was best that I purchase the same program for my home computer. Using office 365 personal is a great program to have with any computer.

Software is very functional and easy to use. The only thing not included in the software package is Publisher - unless I haven't found it yet.

Purchased this for my hubby's new laptop. Received the email link right away. Took about 5 minutes to upload/install and he was ready to go.
