I had Microsoft Office for almost 30 years. Updates were easy and no additional fees were incurred. This program was harder to comprehend and the cost is not a one-time occurrence. Will I update? I have a year to see if I can do without it

Software as described - I purchased this along with the new laptop, and it is working great for my wife. It was easy to install, and gives her all the functionality she needs.

I needed this so bad for school and work. Best Buy had a better price than what I was seeing around so I purchased it and I’m happy with it.

A must for school. Has all of features I need. I can do anything I want on my own computer and do not have to keep running to the library.

Would have given this a 5 for all it does and the price when purchased with the computer, however it has been very difficult to locate the software after it was activated online. Still struggling.

Nothing unexpected with this install yet. It seems to be working fine. This is my first attempt at annual subscriptions. Hope it is worth it.

I had Office 365 for 6 people for a few years then realized I didn't need to have the version to cover so many people. So I got this version that only covers one person and the yearly renewal will be less. (BTW I am using Windows 10 on my computer.) I am totally satisfied with Office 365 -- cannot be without Word and Excel. Also when I signed up for auto renew, I was a little unsure because usually I like to release payments myself. But I love the auto renew. I don't have worry about keeping my Office 365 on line. The renewal process notifications have been as follows and I'm figuring they will remain the same. I put a note on my calendar so I'm reminded that I have this auto payment and what the payment is for. Plus I get an email from Geek Squad every year about a week before it's due, reminding me it's time for renewal and the day the auto payment is scheduled for. Then I get another email when the renewal has been done. Love the product. Love the auto renewal process. Love the Geek Squad.

I mean its Microsoft what else can I say? All of the apps come within.

Had no choice but to buy this in order to access my files.

I always give you five stars, but this time I have not had my issues resolved and had to go to an independent agent. Disappointing as the Geek was to the house and fixed certain ones, but now on vacation, I am looking for someone again. It took me lots of calls as booking on line was not possible for me but ended up talking to India where an lovely lady booked my helper for days out. It seemed awfully complicated for a small thing. The IT man I hired later accessed in and helped me in seconds.

This is a great product! I can use it at work and home I trust in it 100%. Easy to use and have self-guided for beginners.

Has everything you’ll need! The office software we all know and love available to you via this package.

Buying the yearly renewal version of Microsoft Office now that I am retired and my company no longer furnishes needed software makes it easier for me to ensure I have the most current version.

Happy with purchase. Was glad to see that it was not only an option but was for 15 months at a discounted price.
