I like the software, wish though it came with your computer purchase software like it used to.

I am pleased with using the MS Office but am terribly disappointed that I had to purchase this produce after I paid $1,000+ for the Surface 3 and expected this to be preinstalled. The programs are the familiar MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook programs. I had some difficulty installing the programs and had to contact customer service to resolve the problem. I don't know how it was resolved since in the middle of the troubleshoot, the computer finally recognized the key code. We didn't know exactly sure what we did to fix it but it works now. I am concerned this was only a "subscription" and wonder what happens after the 365 subscription expires. Do I have to purchase this again?

I have used this product in windows for many years. I recently purchased an iMac and bought this version. The negative is that when I try to import my files to the Mac I have to bring them one at a time from the desktop, and then open them into the new word or excel and then save them there. I called Apple support and they told me yes this was the case. I'm having some trouble with the folder structure to organize my files the way I had them before. Not a very efficient way to do things. As a result I'm still doing a lot of things on my old PC. The problem seems to be more of the Mac then the program. Maybe more experience Mac users won't have this problem.

I'm a college student. I don't really have the choice of not having some sort of access to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. At least now I can use it on different devices too.

Easy to use and verry easy to install on my computers have not upload on my phone yet but plan on doing so

Microsoft worked fine. It was fun while it last. lol I will be renewing for another year.

At first I was reluctant to purchase Microsoft Office because I already had the 2013 version on my computer. Now I'm happy that I did: First because it includes Microsoft Access which I didn't have; and second because the new features on Excel (though minor) are nice to have. Also, it is nice to know that for a small yearly subscription price the product will always be up to date.

Use to buy the one time downloads but for its nice to have updates when one is available without having to pay more than you would for 365 subscription. Saves money and keeps you updated

Personally I don't like too much change. But my kid has adjusted to this software very quickly and absolutely loves it! He's not an easy person to please. Therefore it deserves 5 stars!

This new to me, but hopeful it will be worth it. Nothing further to add at this time.

Ok, come on seriously....It's Microsoft!! I personally can't live without word and office etc!!

It's MS Office, what's not to like! The new Outlook, however will take getting used to, specifically, the handling of email "conversations". I expect this feature will continue to evolve!

I purchased this to accommodate my Mac computer, and it was easy install and a must have, especially switching from a laptop that had Microsoft Office (for work related stuff) to my Mac.

Great product, has all the essentials for any office project.

I have paperwork in both word and in excel. I Had to purchase to continue with work. There is a learning curve.

Very easy to load on computers. Enjoy working with Microsoft 365.

Good product to have and use. Use it for my personal and business use and it helps with all i need to do.

This product was purchased for my wife’s MacBook Pro since it does not come with word what can I say some people may have better experience with Apple lap tops not me

I have had this version for few weeks now, and it works flawlessly. That is more than I can say for the previous version I owned. This version has never crashed. I'm very pleased with it.
