I love it it’s great on my job site it’s wonderful

With everything going on in this world, it was quick and easy to purchase on line and set up on my computer within minutes.

Word Perfect and Excel are working great for me. Any new changes did not make it more difficult to use - but they were added benefits and very useful. As an old Granny in her 70's - I don't need complicated programs - these are not. Good tutorials also.

Thankful I purchased this Microsoft product when I purchased my MacBook! It has been thoroughly used in my internship!

I found the product an amazing experience for those who knows how to use excel and word and for those they want to learn.

The software is needed to be in sync with the rest of the world. The Only problem I have is not being able to convert it over to allow more than one device to use it. I purchased one Laptop and One user software. Then 10 minutes later, I purchased another Laptop and One user software. Yes, one week later I purchased another laptop. Could not get In contact With anyone to answer this question of being able to convert them over to allow more the one device sensed I have already purchased two software

You gotta get this. This has so many great features to choose from. And it’s very helpful for many different things

main reason for getting it was Microsoft Publisher. Would love it if they would add it to home office. Am learning the new Publisher way from my old version but loving it.

Harder to use than my old office program but I'm figuring it out.

This review is not specific to MS Office 365 but to my overall experience when I purchased it. The product itself definitely merits Five Stars, but my experience interacting with the "Geek Squad" male individual who assisted in installing MS Office 365 in my laptop is bereft of any common courtesy and professionalism that I rate him One Star. He was so condescending with older customers/seniors that he has made me want to stop my Total Tech membership with Brea. He was so rude to me that it drove me to ask him: "Why are you so rude?" He is a liability to the Total Tech program.

I have always like to have Powerpoint, and Word. I don't use Excel that much. But it is handy if necessary.

I was concerned that the changes might be difficult form me to understand but I have had no problems completing my work and getting the finished product to where it needed to go.

Great product and would recommend it to a lot of people that buy a Best Buy

At first, I was a little taken aback by the 1-year subscription approach to purchasing Microsoft Office. It really depends on how much you utilize all of the various features. I use some of the unique features of excel and graphing tools, and PPT, so now it really makes sense to me to purchase a subscription where you get all of the updates. If you only use basic Word, Excel, it might not be the cost-effective way to go.
