Geek Squad Agent Smith was most helpful to us in helping us acquaint us with the new computer we purchased. We are not computer literate so we needed lots of help, especially transferring info from our old hard drive to the new computer. I think we've got it worked out now so we can use the new unit.

It wasn't as easy as informed to load on my computer & new laptop. I'm not computer savy and they should make things easy for people like me.

This was an extremely simple order. I did not know it was a virtual download, which was great because I didn't have to wait for shipping. I received it through an email link to install. However, It never mentioned anything about a digital download, so I was under the impression I would receive an actual Microsoft Office Program box. My only complaint is for the title to include digital or virtual download/order.

Cannot do your work or without Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or Outlook! Programs are a must have and were easy to install!

Installed as expected. Purchase online made it accessible within 30 mins. Slower than expected but still reasonable.

I had Microsoft Office for almost 30 years. Updates were easy and no additional fees were incurred. This program was harder to comprehend and the cost is not a one-time occurrence. Will I update? I have a year to see if I can do without it

I really do not like the fact that Microsoft 360 Personal is a subscription. I don not use it enough to justify almost $100 a year. I will be canceling it next year and using the free version.

I ordered this for a new 2-in-1 Laptop that will be used for school and work. I needed the Office Suite and because I was buying a new PC received an extra $20 off. Even at the regular price this is a great deal to secure one of the best office productivity software suites available. Took off one star as it is only for one year I would have liked it to be at least 2 years.

I love that Microsoft 365 has all the Office programs available.
