I bought this software because my current 365 software was expiring. What I did not know was if you fail to update your old 365 subscription there is a possibility you could lose all of your file information associated with the outdated subscription. I searched around and found BestBuy to be the most economical for my needs. I constantly use Excel and Word to work from home. Grammarly and Editor are my go-to programs in Word for writing emails and letters. They keep me from making spelling, punctuation, and grammar mistakes when sending out letters and emails. Excel is just a workhorse for anything with budgets and general accounting. The charts and graphs in Excel work perfectly for creating slideshows and complicated spreadsheets. The help function in Microsoft 365 helps you find answers to computing functions in programs and alleviate the navigating of the internet. It is right there at your fingertips. The installation was quick and easy to install.

While I do not like the annual purchase plan, Microsoft 365 is excellent. I particularly use Word and Excel. There are quite a number of options that I am anxious to try out. I had some difficulty loading the program, but being a total tech person, I was able to be ably assisted by a Geek Squad Member.

I tried "saving money" and switching to the free google drive and docs, didn't work in professional settings. I got frustrated and finally switched back to Microsoft. Life just functions better with Microsoft!

Very nice merchandise. I brought for my granddaughter because she is starting college. She said it is perfect.

I use this program constantly at work. From word documents to Excel spreadsheets for work. It is super easy to use and navigate and would recommend this to anyone that has used Microsoft programs in the past. Super excited!!!!

It's microsoft so obviously its awesome, but I have been surprised by the number of new things offered specifically the direct relationship it has with my computer.

Microsoft 365 is a valuable investment offered for a great price, and excellent productivity.

Works perfectly, loving the laptop and to say I bought it cheaper from BestBuy on promotion is exceptional.

Definitely worth it. Especially the 1 TB of cloud space helps a lot when you have large files.

A must have to efficiently get things done. It will help you make a great resume. You can organize and make list and many many more things. It will bring your new pc or laptops to life

I've been using MS Office for many years, and this was an opportunity to download the latest version. The download was easy, and the products are great. Easy to understand and use.

The AMD product I purchased in OCT 2025 has working perfectly fine. Thanks to the BestBuy Product support team for their guidance to buy the device of my specifications and choice

Product is working well but I would have liked to have the lifetime subscription offer not the yearly subscription. That is the only reason that I would not recommend this item.
