To get all of the Office 2016 features I've been using I had to purchase Office 365. It works the same as before. The installation process was easy. I don't like annual subscriptions but to get the features I wanted I had to go that route. Not much of an endorsement but it's the best I've got.

Then Geek Squad no you already have a subscription. Best Buy manager refused to refund; said call Microsoft. Microsoft said no, the third party seller must refund. Called Best Buy customer service, they said go to store personally and ask manager again. I live 90 miles from Wichita and already made two trips. My next step is to contact Best Buy Corporate in Minnesota.
