Must buy for every professional. I work in IT industry and this is the product everyone must have.

I'm on my second computer already as the first completely died after 3 days (verified by the geek squad). I'm hoping that it was a fluke as I actually quite like the laptop, but I'm wary of recommending it given the initial experience. Returning it was quite a hassle and I didn't get a full refund which I'm still bitter about.

Easy to install, very necessary program for me. Its easy to use whether your a first timer or a pro. Customer service is excellent if you need any help.

Best Buy made it very easy to download and start using this necessary software for my home business.

I had problems trying to set up and activate my MS 365. My new laptop was giving me the option to set up and activate this on the device, not with the code and activation card I purchased at the store.

This is probably the easiest way to install. Unlike the old ways of having to put the CD in and go through that long installation steps.

Easy install. I use my Microsoft office every day.

I like the way it works. It’s very easy to access.

Does everything it was touted to do. Turned my laptop into a letter writing, record keeping, genius. Instead of just a video watching, FB reading box.

Awesome software to have especially for startup small businesses. I will definitely keep this program.

It seems to work fine, I don't use it a lot, just wanted it to round out the computer capability.

Finally upgraded from Office 2010 as support ended and some issues were cropping up. Works fine with differences, of course. Haven't used extensively as yet so unsure of all the changes. While I'm sure some may prove to be beneficial, the display changes strike me as being more of a step backwards as display can be harder to read and potentially takes more steps to get to the same place in other cases.

The Microsoft 365 Personal suite of applications has performed very well. The Outlook application, in particular, has been a pleasant surprise. It loads my emails very quickly and it has some nice organization tools. I also am pleased with the features of the Excel and Word applications. I like the familiarity.

Great price I use it all the time for school and got the Microsoft 365 much cheaper through Best Buy .

Simple to use, only needed this to print documents but offers so much more! Will purchase again!

Generally I would say that I would rather own something than "rent" it but in this instance, it provides me a great opportunity to try to learn Access before I decide to purchase my own version. I've always enjoyed using Word and Excel. They are two powerful products. If I can learn how to program in Access then I would likely rate this product even higher,
