I got to the store before they opened and with the link they sent me, chose the curb pickup. They came out, I rolled down my window, Showed them the code on my phone and off I went. No hassle.

One perk is that I will receive a 15 month subscription for the price of a 12 month for my first year. You will have to renew each year, but it is done automatically. I Knew I needed a Microsoft application for my new computer and this ends up working great for me!I

They did a terrible job; both computers are now in the shop getting repaired (a legitimate computer repair shop) because of the poor job geek squad did on the data transfers. Very unhappy. Price for the computer was good but the service--via geek squad phone conference and remote activity from the Phillipines--was awful, time consuming, and ineffective.
