With the purchase of my new laptop, also purchased antivirus protection, Microsoft Office and geek squad protection. However, when attempting to get assistance from geek squad to install Microsoft Office, they were unable to help. I ended up having to call Microsoft’s customer service to assist me.

My new computer was promised 12/22/20 but I finally received it 12/30/20. The Geek Squad finally came 1/7/2021 to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. I asked if he could load Microsoft 365 since it was my understanding for the new computer. Will my subscription be extended to 1/7/2022? Will need to follow up.

You can activate on a home desktop and also a laptop or phone, meaning you'll always have easy access to programs and files.
