    Can anyone really even get away WITHOUT having the Microsoft Office Suite on their computer these days? Very happy with the ability to upgrade to newer versions while my subscription is still valid. Was already able to upgrade to 2016 for some applications, which I wouldn't have known was available otherwise.

    This is new to me, it would be nice if the Geek Squad offer a beginners class. Or can you suggest a class at another establishment. Best Buy could benefit by selling more computers. Speaking of MICROSOFT 365 for older people. The product is good but it’s a matter of getting use to it

    Flash Drive working fine. I'm a man of few words. Surprised that you need more BS to be satisfied. How about "I love the color". Actually color was not important. Can't think of any more BS. Don't need bonus points if you need BS. Sorry.
