Great product, it was easy to install, a lot of features for a fair price.

I bought the Microsoft 365 with virus protection for a year. I would have liked to have bought the installation one like they used to have as i don’t like paying every year. Also I wanted Publisher which I only found out afterward that they don’t support anymore. I was less than satisfied with this purchase.

I would like to commend the young man who assisted me with installing the updated software. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. For senior citizens like me, these qualities are very important.

Easy access and great product will recommend it to for office work.

works great. takes a little bit to set it up the first time. but after its set up, real easy to download. and its cheaper if you end up getting more devices or replacing old devices. once you have the subscription its good for all the new updates...no need to buy the latest version

If you're like me, I monitor almost everything. I like to see trends and graphs thus excel is a must. Also a fan of powerpoint and word. Wish it included picture manager though. I called MS and this app has been discontinued. As a very cool added bonus, you can install on three devices!

I have always used the Microsoft suite of products. Microsoft 365 performs as expected.

Super necessary for college students. My daughter is studying medical assistant and the college ask her to do a resume every month and send her test that she has to open by Word , before having the program she has to copy by hand and now everything is so much easy and less time consuming

Not a Best Buy issue but disappointed that there is now a yearly fee to renee

It's okay. I need it for my new laptop. However, I'm disappointed that I can't buy a license for the life of my pc instead of having to pay for a yearly subscription. Regarding whether or not I'd recommend this item, I recommend setting up paying a one-time charge for the life of the pc.
