I hate the fact you have to purchase this every year!

Easy to load and easy to use for even the less computer literate.

It's MS Office. Sucks that it needs to be renewed every year, but to be honest, it's worth it for school and work purposes. Google docs doesn't have all the nifty little extras.

I returned this too. Should have a credit on my account along with the Fire 8. This was a gift for my future step daughter who lives in the UK in school. They could not except it there. I will repurchase when her father comes home and we are all together.

Good, solid suite of tools. Purchased a digital copy, had to wait a few hours to be able to download and register my key in order to use the product, which was a first. Usually the purchase/registration process is instantaneous, so maybe this was just a one time thing.

Was not given any instructions when I picked up new computer. I thought I was to get an hour instruction. I'm sure I'm not using these programs to their fullest extent.

Easy program is to use, but have had problems with getting messages sent.

I had this for years, changed to the personal option to save money. Since then I have received a boatload of messages asking me to reconsider dropping the old license (which I replaced so quit sending me junk email about it), and another boatload of messages telling me to activate my new license, which I can't because I can't remove the old one evidently until Sept. 9. This is a mess hopefully one of these days I'll be able to straighten it out. Meanwhile, quit sending me so much spam.

Definitely MS office you need in your computer no matter what OS you have, I always use for personal task or work

What can I say Microsoft 365 is wonderful. It is, as it always has been, productive, clean and precise. I have used Microsoft products ever since they were invented. I wouldn't use anything else.
