    The installation was not easy. After following ALL steps, somehow capabilities were missing. It was only after an appointment with the Geek Squad as well as phone call to Microsoft was the software fully functional.

    There are positives and negatives with Win 8.1. The only thing I dislike is having to subscribe annually for the product. I would prefer to have a hard copy of the program. One positive thing is a free upgrade that will be available when Win 10 arrives this summer. Any new product takes time learning but that is not a negative, just an understood fact.
