It takes a long time, sometimes over an hour, to get a person the telephone. Also, the information provided states 24 hr, 7 days per week. I have called and it stated it closed at 8Pm. Whats up????

Needed to replace old laptop that kicked the bucket. Size was what I was looking for. Touchpad is very sensitive but getting used to it. Lettering on keyboard is difficult to see if not placed at the right angle. Laptop is sufficient for my needs.

Microsoft 365 was very easy to download and install. I like that it has all my most used software products in one program.

Excellent service by staff; of course a wonderful yoga laptop too! Iwas from out of town so this was especially delightful!

It has been a long time since I bought any software. I expected to buy a disc, and was shocked when I found out I would be downloading. The last time I did that, it took forever, and had lots of problems. I was pleasantly surprised when it downloaded quickly, and without a hitch. Everything works as intended.

Is to use and the new look is great. Easy to navigate and setup

I dont like the fact that its a subscription now. I liked owiing the software with no monthly fee.

Still becoming familiar with thie product which in very different from my "old" system and laptop. Not complaining, just adjusting to the differences.

Uploaded easily and without any difficulties, however, we have not yet had the opportunity to use the product yet. Since no disc was received, hopefully there won’t be any future problems. I am uncertain at this point, thus product recommendation is difficult.

It's exactly what it's supposed to be, I think everybody knows already

This software has everything you need to create spreadsheets, word docs, PowerPoints, etc. You can download the software on 3 different devices, which saves money. It's also reasonably priced.

I love using microsoft. It enables me to do all my work in one place. Its coveient and affordable. Helps me gwt the job done. If you're looking to find affordable dependent features for your job. This is it.

Industry-standard applications. They work. Good for Microsoft.

A good product, easy to install. My only issue is that as a 1 year subscription, it appears that I will have to pay to renew in a year. I was hopeful that it wouldn't be like that.

Bought my computer on a black Friday special and saved lots of money. Tech crew is working on setting it up because it came in after the said date and I was out of town. There has been some confusion about the reservation date.
