Too expensive at $100 per year when in past you could purchased Microsoft Office suite for a one time charge.

I've used OFFICE for years, and this seems to function very well. I'm learning about all the things this does over the earlier versions I had used. Everything runs well with Windows 10. I'll see how the subscription works out as time goes by, but the idea of automatic upgrades seems pretty handy to me.

Bought my computer on a black Friday special and saved lots of money. Tech crew is working on setting it up because it came in after the said date and I was out of town. There has been some confusion about the reservation date.

Very satisfied with this purchase for my Microsoft surface pro. I would suggest getting to use all the features on your Microsoft surface pro. And the deal best buy offered with my purchase was the best deal I found.

After buying a new laptop the Geek Squad was suppose to install Microsoft 365 Family NOT the Personal version, and did NOT install correctly. I ended up spending 2hrs on the phone with 10 different "specialists" who said it was fixed, and was NOT. They also lied about ending the remote control of my computer. So I spent another 2 days in the store trying to get the problem fixed. Finally on the 2nd day after another 2hrs they finally installed the correct Microsoft 365 Family version. Very frustrated and disappointed in there service especially after the amount of money I spent buying the new laptop to begin with.

I liked the Dell brand, experiencing the new processor, as well as the design and price, it was a good purchase.

Enjoying having up-to-date software. Am able to transfer data in Excel on my old laptop to my new laptop without a lot of errors.

Who doesn’t need word. Everything you need in one subscription.

Im a college student so this came out to be very handy. I can easily access files across all platforms when im not on my laptop which is awesome.

The Asus laptop was recommended by more than one of the Best Buy floor personnel and I had some knowledge of it before. It is used in accessing a cloud server for accounting and responds quickly. We have just begun to explore its capabilities

You get the typical Office experience, which I like. We got this free with the purchase of a computer and we will definitely be looking for a deal for the yearly subscription when it comes for renewal. No way am I spending $100 a year for Office. FYI if you are a student you can get a 4 year subscription for $80.

Software was super easy to download and start using. And I’m not at all tech savvy so if I can do it anyone can. Seamless and quick download.

Love it. Great product. Highly recommend. The company gives you wonderful features and now AI is soon to be added on.

What else can we say about product: Necessary for home and school. Too bad Microsoft now provides software with annual renewal fee.

Microsoft 365 does everything I need. But I wish there was a product that I didn't have to renew each year .

Average. Only gives basics and expensive . Can buy a older version for lesser price which serves the purpose

This is the easiest and least expensive Office Suite i have ever purchased! Really like the new way this is going instead of paying hundreds for the suite software and it goes out of date in a year or two.

I got this for free with the laptop I bought at Best Buy so I can't make the price argument, but overall it's great. The cloud back up option's nice, but I don't have good enough internet to use it often. I use the software for college and it has never failed me. I don't think you can go wrong with this purchase.
